Ramponi ® succeeded in turning its no hot-fix flat back First and High Quality synthetic crystal stones into hot-fix stones, available in different shapes and sizes in order to match its customers’ needs. Customers can take advantage of them thanks to:
· The possibility of using Italian manufactured stones which differ from those of importation quality, both in colours and shapes, but above all in the kind of facet cutting;
· This innovation gives also the chance of using stones of big size with a lower weight than the existing ones on the market, with also a very competitive price;
· We mark the important advantage of making stones application directly on fabrics with lower temperature than the ones needed for glass stones used up to now; we move from usually used temperature of 170°/175° to 120°/130°, with application time of 25 sec., which allow to make application on the finest fabrics without damaging them and varying the colours.
This latest innovation shows how Ramponi® has been always involved in creating new products to match customers’ needs, even the most exigent one.
