Heat presses and ultrasound machineries are used for hot fix studs and rhinestones application.



Instructions for transfer application

For a correct application, it is recommended to look carefully at the following instructions:

1 apply the transferable item by using a heat press

2 do not use a flat iron or steam iron

3 pull away the white paper, position the artwork which must be applied according the following parameters:

stones and rhinestones:

1. temperature: 170 – 180° C
2. time: 15/20 seconds
3. contact pressure: 2/3 bar

studs:

1. temperature: 160/170° C
2. time 12/17 seconds
3. contact pressure: 1/2 bar

4 After the application, please leave the item cooling down for about 15/20 seconds and delicately pull the transparent adhesive film away.



It is recommended to make application tests before proceeding with the production. Applications can be implemented onto any kind of fabrics and chamois leathers; the application endurance on flat surfaces leathers or any other material non resisting to heating is not warranted.
